“There is an Indian proverb that everyone is a house with four rooms: a physical, a mental, an emotional, and a spiritual room. Most of us tend to live in one room most of the time, but unless we go into every room every day, even if only to keep it aired, we are not complete.”
-Rumer Goodin, Author
Each week you'll have learning opportunities, introduced to new ideas and challenged in different ways. With your goals in mind, we select information and readings to support you "airing out those rooms."
Whether you are connecting with yourself, your coach, other group members, or the material, make time each week to fully participate in having this time to connect with where you are mindfully and the week's focus.
You will have challenges, activities, and opportunities to get out of your comfort zone. We do a lot of "mindless" doing and aren't always carving out time to "be." Use the information presented and the connections you make to find the inspiration to do so you can be.
Reflecting on our experiences is oftentimes pushed to the side in the race for preparing for the next thing. Here, we ask you to reflect on the gifts of the week, the assignments, the lessons this week has brought. We also ask you share your feedback with us as we work to create an amazing coaching series.
